Who we recruit | How we recruit | Differences

Our cases are complex. Our team is small. Our clients expect the best.
That makes hiring the correct people very important.

Creative | Tenacious | Solutions

Our tag line says it all. We look for creative and tenacious people that can solve problems.

But we also are looking for people who understand that litigation requires resiliency. Things will not always go right. Our lawyers need to be able to adapt and recover from those moments.

Who we recruit

We believe that resiliency is grown from life experience. If you have a unique perspective, outstanding writing or oral skills, grit, and can answer the question “What do you want out of your life?” you may be a good fit for our firm.

How we recruit

We search for top talent from law schools, law firms, and judicial clerkships around the United States. We also look for stars from real life situations. Maybe we have seen your work in a case and believe you would be a good fit. Maybe you have seen our work and are looking for a new opportunity to continue a pattern of success.

Differences

We provide a creative work environment and competitive compensation and benefits. We also encourage our attorneys to expand their life experiences through our travel benefit. After 24 months of employment, we offer our associates a yearly benefit of two tickets anywhere in the world (up to a total of $2000). We simply believe this will make our associates better lawyers.
